The institute complex to provide a Masjid and separate academic, educational and recreational facilities for both male and female Muslim students, regardless of their color, race, national origin or ethnic background.

Boarding and lodging facilities are provided to all students at a very low cost and on the premises of the GIIRS. This allows students to have a healthy environment favorable to their faith and their spiritual, moral, intellectual and academic growth and development. Currently students have an opportunity to continue their formal education via various home schooling programs.

A separate cemetery complex is ready and open for Muslim burials. This complex include a cemetery and a completely renovated house with room for several hundred muslims to pray and perform Namaz-e-Janaza.
