It is neither affiliated to any other organization nor subservient to any foreign state or government. It is located in the City of Lawrenceville, the beautiful suburb of Atlanta, Georgia. It was duly incorporated/registered as non-profitable organization on 04/28/1995 under the Laws of the State of Georgia.

Georgia Islamic Institute has been duly incorporated as a non-profit religious organization under section 501 (a) of the Internal Revenue Code.
